About the Opportunity:
The Marketing and Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing Hugh Hamilton Wines' customer database, campaign forecasts, communication of objectives, timelines, and deliverables, as well as reporting and analysis. This is an end-to-end role.

The successful candidate will help manage Hugh Hamilton Wines' CRM (Commerce7), wine club and member database. They will work with the marketing team to implement individual campaign initiatives outlined in the annual marketing plan, confidently implementing their monthly campaigns and meeting timelines. They will prepare forecasting and sales reports for the team, demonstrating proficiency in Excel.

They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all campaign and CRM content, collateral, product, and communications are of high quality, consistent with brand guidelines, and delivered on time. This person is a team player and will build strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Manage, maintain, and segment customer information in CRM (Commerce7)
  • Set up and maintain CRM reporting
  • Create product and promotional bundles
  • Prepare periodic forecasting and sales reports
  • Analyse campaign effectiveness and identify areas for process improvement
  • Plan work with the Marketing and Logistics team
  • Coordinate delivery of content and collateral for campaigns
  • Communicate timelines and goals for campaign activity to stakeholders
  • Implement and refine the customer contact plan
  • Support order processing, customer inquiries, and assist with market research and event planning

What you look like and need to demonstrate to be successful:

  • Experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications
  • Working knowledge and understanding of CRM systems and inventory management software (Commerce 7, Vinsight experience viewed favorably)
  • Proficient in using Excel for consolidating and analysing data sets
  • Customer-centric with outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a team environment
  • Adobe suite of products including InDesign and Photoshop (desirable)
  • Subscription clubs and loyalty programme experience (desirable)
  • Understanding of SMS systems and freight management software (Wholesale SMS and MachShip desirable)

Fuse Wine Services, a vibrant and dynamic wine industry service provider, is searching for a highly motived and experienced Production & Administration Manager to join our team.

This hands-on role requires attention to detail, and the ideal candidate will be a highly organised, energetic and positive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment... a love of all things wine will go a long way too!

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will support our Production & Winemaking teams by performing a range of functions including, but not limited to:
• Scheduling and coordination of wine production
• Procurement of production inputs – Wine, Glass, Screwcaps, Corks, Cartons & Labels, etc.
• Managing the logistics, transport and compliance of bulk and packaged wine, including DtC, D2B and Export orders
• Assisting with the management of inventory levels for dry and finished goods
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• General administration duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have:
• A love of wine!
• A thorough understanding of the core elements of wine production, bottling specifications and export compliance
• Outstanding time management and clear written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work well within a small team
• Excellent computer skills, including advanced knowledge with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Experience with EzyWine is beneficial, but not essential.

The role is a full-time, permanent position based at our office in McLaren Vale.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a critical role in compiling, analysing and reporting the financial data of GT Viticulture, working closely with all members of the GT Viticulture team. About You

  • This role would suit an experienced accountant or bookkeeper with exposure to the viticultural or agricultural industries. The ability to work independently to achieve goals and deadlines is a necessity. In addition the following is required as a minimum:
  • Diploma in Accounting
  • Experience in Xero or similar accounting software (MYOB, Reckon)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Minimum 4 years accounts experience including Payroll & BAS/IAS

Our home

Firehawk Farm is home to Dandelion Vineyards in McLaren Vale. Our 60-acre property is

perched atop an ancient ridge overlooking McLaren Vale, the Willunga Escarpment and the

Gulf of St Vincent. Firehawk is our native bird of prey that soars over our vineyards acting as

scarecrows to other birds, rabbits and the like that eat ripening grapes. Below the surface there's

limestone, ironstone and the 40 acres under vine include, Grenache, Shiraz and Petite Sirah.

On May 19th, at this special place, we will be opening our Wonder Room to host and share

our whimsical stories and wines.

The role

We are looking for a passionate Sous chef to support our Executive chef in delivering unique

wine and food experiences at our Wonder Room. We have the rare opportunity to present

our unique concept to our guests from a stunning new open kitchen, overlooking the

spectacular Firehawk Farm vineyards and beyond. The successful chef will be familiar with

modern kitchen operations and food styling, approachable, easy going, clean and

professional. Relevant qualifications and experience in a premium setting are necessary.
