What You'll Do:

• Assist with winery operations, from cellar hygiene to wine additions.
• Handle wine transfers, including tasks like racking, pressing, and cap management.
• Use and maintain equipment safely, adhering to Mollydooker’s high standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Attention to detail and a strong safety mindset.
• Flexibility and a willingness to learn.
• Team player with a reliable work ethic.
• Previous winery experience is a plus but not essential.
• High-Risk Forklift Licence holders are encouraged to apply.

Details:

• Start date: Week of 17th February 2025.
• Duration: Until vintage completion (estimated early May).
• Availability for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
