McLaren Vale's new look - intuitive new website officially launched!
McLaren Vale Grape Wine & Tourism Association (MVGWTA) is excited to unveil and share our new website, with a striking new look and enhanced user-navigation experience.
Thanks to the support of the State Government, through Primary Industries Regions South Australia (PIRSA), MVGWTA has developed and delivered an updated and fully integrated database and website – communications infrastructure which MVGWTA did not have previously.
Over the last twelve months, MVGWTA has worked with Nick Nack Creative Agency and Blis Web Agency to develop a new website that is engaging, flexible and responsive for both the tourism visitor and the Association’s 600+ Members.
Intuitive database management software has been integrated into the build of the new site, increasing the capability to segment audiences for the dissemination of industry information and facilitating the optimisation of individual Members business data to populate the visitors page.
MVGWTA General Manager, Jennifer Lynch is looking forward to seeing an increase in engagement between the two different channels of website users; visitors and Members.
“This new digital infrastructure will enable MVGWTA to communicate effectively and efficiently with two audiences – Members and Visitors – thereby demonstrating and delivering value to our Members’ business and ultimately, Brand McLaren Vale as a region,” said Ms Lynch.
“The imagery illustrates the diverse experiences and premium offering of our region, and our Members have greater autonomy in how they utilise the site to promote their events and business offering to visitors, as well as their interaction with peers through a ‘Member’s only’ portal and dashboard.
“McLaren Vale and its many businesses are now even better positioned to market the opportunities and tourism offering both domestically and internationally.
“Phase one of the digital transition is complete, and there are more exciting developments in the pipeline for 2017 – including a ‘build my day’ itinerary planning tool with Social Sharing and ranking functionality.”
