- ATDW is Australia's national platform for digital tourism information and is managed by the South Australian Tourism Commission in South Australia.
- ATDW listings are created, updated and managed by member businesses.

The 'drink' page provides visitors to McLaren Vale wine region with places that they can visit to consume the various drink options available in our region. These include all member businesses operating cellar doors, breweries, distilleries, bars and coffee establishments.
CREATE A 'DRINK' LISTING

Step 2: Fill in the required information, selecting the relevant 'Type of Food & Drink' establishment when prompted.
Step 3: Continue to complete all information in your ATDW listing as prompted then click 'Send for review' button in the top right corner.
Approval: All listings need to be approved by ADTW, this is generally within 24 hours. In some instances your listing will required changes before it can be approved, you will receive communication on this directly from ATDW. The Tours & Transport page on the McLaren Vale website seeks to offer visitors to the region a guide to the tours and transports options available to them when visiting McLaren Vale wine region.
WHAT CAN BE LISTED ON THE TOUR & TRANSPORT PAGE?
An Tour & Transport is defined as a Tourism Member Business where transport or tours is their primary business.
CREATE AN 'EXPERIENCE' LISTING
Step 1: Create an ADTW listing for your experience by selecting Tour as the ADTW category. For detailed instructions read ATDW guidelines here.
Step 2: Fill in the information about your Tour or Transport business in each section, as prompted.
Step 3: If you provide set tours as part of your business offering, these should be included as seperate tours by clicking the 'Add a tour' from the left navigation. Complete a seperate 'Add a tour' section for each of your individual tours, these will then be listed on the Experience page of the McLaren Vale Website in addition to your business listing on the Tour & Transport Page.
If you do not provide set tours then please skip this step.
Step 4: Continue to complete all information in your overarching listings as well as all of the individual tours listing within the profile then click 'Send for review' button in the top right corner.

Events are defined as one-off or short-term offerings that are distinct from your regular offering.
CREATE AN 'EVENT' LISTING
Step 1: Create an ADTW listing for your event by selecting Event as the ADTW category. For detailed instructions read ATDW guidelines here.
Step 2: Fill in the required information relating to your event. Pay particular attention when completing the Date & Time section of your ATDW event listing. Guidance on this can be found on the right side of your ATDW listing when in the Date & Time section.

The Experience page on the McLaren Vale website seeks to offer visitors to the region a guide to the many exciting and unique experiences on offer throughout McLaren Vale, with the aim to offer visitors a reason to stay longer in the region.
WHAT CAN BE LISTED ON THE EXPERIENCE PAGE?
An experience is defined as a bookable experience that has been curated by a member business and that is above their base offering. The offering must fall into one of the below categories:
- Tasting Experiences
- Tasting with food; curated wine/spirit/beer tastings with food.
- Premium wine/spirit/beer flight that offers customers a tasting offering that is above the business’ base tasting offering, e.g. Back vintage tasting.
- Unique tasting experience outside of the cellar door e.g. Tasting in the vineyard on the back of a Ute, a tasting in a customised barrel tasting pod, or a tasting in a geodesic dome etc.
- NOTE: Only tastings that provide an offering above the business’ base level tasting are permitted to be listed in the experiences section. Cellar door listings are included under the ‘Drink’ tab of the McLaren Vale website.

Step 2: Name this profile an overarching name such as 'Member Name Experiences', then complete the description as a general overview of the experiences you offer. This is the overarching listing, in the next steps you will add the details of the specific experiences that you offer.
Step 3: Click 'Add a tour' from the left navigation. Complete a seperate 'Add a tour' section for each of your individual experiences that you would like to list on the McLaren Vale Website.
